I asked Emma to put me on her healing list a short time ago and also bought the Chakras and the Garden Within guided visualisation recordings. The healing had an instant profound effect on me and has made me feel calmer, more accepting and less emotional. The recordings are beautiful and I hope that in time I will be able to make contact with my higher self, something I have never been able to achieve. I hope to have a personal reading and maybe some spiritual development sessions soon and have no doubt that they will be helpful and give valuable guidance.
